Return & Refund Policy

Returns. We want you to stand behind your gear as much as we do. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with any packaging intact. Sword decals are not returnable once the backing has been removed or the decal has been applied, unless the decal arrived defective.

How to start a return. Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges. Need a different size? Contact us and we will set up an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.

I founded Battle Evil after a lifetime of confronting evil in the real world—as a Navy veteran and in law enforcement.

One truth became clear: when good people stay silent, evil advances.

I created this brand to give people a way to take a stand—visibly, unapologetically, and with purpose—against evil in all its forms, from crime and terrorism to the addictions destroying lives and communities.
