Products and pricing. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct pricing or descriptive errors, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel or adjust an order because of an error, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amount charged in error.

Orders and payment. By placing an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent.

Intellectual property. All content on this site, including the Battle Evil name, sword mark, designs, images, and text, is the property of Battle Evil and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battle Evil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

I founded Battle Evil after a lifetime of confronting evil in the real world—as a Navy veteran and in law enforcement.

One truth became clear: when good people stay silent, evil advances.

I created this brand to give people a way to take a stand—visibly, unapologetically, and with purpose—against evil in all its forms, from crime and terrorism to the addictions destroying lives and communities.
